Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Opened consumables are final sale, including supplements and powders, and for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on used bottles or containers. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and shipping fees are not refundable unless the error was ours.
